Oliver plumbing receptionist and dispatch manager Mr. Phillips are amazing and highly professional!I called them today (November 15, 2023) to address an issue in my kitchen, and Mr. Phillips has such integrity that he told me the truth re trying to problem shoot the matter myself instead of calling them out for something they may not see - as it is an anomaly.Such level of character and integrity is rare in any industry.One can't place a price on integrity! They will now be my go to, as well word of mouth reference to anyone in the business community or professional and personal contacts because of this interaction.Amazing level of character and integrity Mr. Phillips!

Troy was very professional. He arrived on time. He diagnosed our hot water tank first before writing it off. We were given the option to shop around for a new hot water tank or buy it from them. We also had our laundry room taps changed and our toilet checked. Troy cleaned up after himself when he was done his work. We were charged a very reasonable cost.

We have used Oliver twice to do plumbing for our kitchen renovation and also some bathroom work. They were very responsive and always showed up at the time they said they would. They were able to do some magic for some tight spaces in our older house. One part of the new plumbing ended up having a bit of a minor leak and they came and fixed it right away without any hassle.
