I had to have my taps and faucet put back on after a renovation in a bathroom.They had to send there people out three times ,and it was finally resolved after a lot of back and forth.I paid about $200 dollars in total.Then six months later an unauthorized payment of 700$ showed up on my visa.In total ,I was charged almost $1000 for taps and a faucet to be put back on.Them using my visa with no communication or billing made to me 6 months later is illegal and shows unethical business practice.I would definitely avoid supporting this business

your guys are so fantastic! just had one of them come for a furnace not working and he was polite, well-knowledged, knew exactly what to do to get heat going again, and even gave me a little info that furthered my limited knowledge on things to do with furnaces.

the gal in the office is wonderful too. when they called to let me know a technician was heading over they were so pleasant and nice and gave the full info needed to me.

thank you for the good work, for being a company that has good people, and for responding within just a few hours of getting the call.
