Due to a recent basement flood, our insurance company sent a technician from Viking Mechanical to inspect our furnace and hot water tank. Ethan was absolutely great! I was at work when I received a call saying he was en route—which caught me off guard since no one had notified me of the booking beforehand. I tried to rearrange my schedule to head home, but it just wasn't working out.

We've had the pleasure to work with Viking many times over the past few years, and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the work that they do, the people they are, and the promptness with which they are able to come out. Andrea is wonderful to deal with and Adam has always been easy to contact and quick to respond and work with us, if and when we've ever had any concerns that couldn't be dealt with immediately on site. We've recommended Viking to numerous friends and family and can say with confidence that they do great work, charge fairly, and would be a great choice for any of your plumbing or mechanical needs.
