“Ruth was my first point of contact and was very friendly and professional. I had a paper jam with my HP M476 Laser jet printer. When Kit came out it was a lot more serious and way more intensive than was actually anticipated. I had just spent $450.00 on colour toner and did not want to be wasting all that money. Kit advised me of how intense the repair was and quoted me a price to fix it. He took the printer away and I was thinking it would be at least a week until I got it back. Much to my pleasant surprise he phoned me back the next day to advise it was ready. I was so pleasantly shocked and the price paid was actually a lot cheaper than what was quoted. “Just wanted to give a shout out to Matt and the team at this location. The monitor I wanted was on sale but no stock at their location. Worked with me to get it shipped from the Vancouver store. No mark up on the shipping & great communication. I wasn't able to come to the store when it arrived (2.5 hours away and work full time) They held it for me until the weekend and honored the sale price even though the pickup and purchase was after the sale date. Did a test with me at location for any dead pixels before I left with it. A+ service and an amazing price on my new monitor! Really appreciate everything and will definitely be returning again one day very soon.“

“I was stuck with a failed os drive and no other working device to create a media installation key for my new ssd. The store I bought my new ssd from refused to assist in either setting up my drive, set up my usb stick or allow me to purchase a media installation key usb stick from them. No public library, employment services or other public computer use place allows running of programs on their computers. I had gone a week without my computer I use for school and was in a panic. I was helped very quickly, receiving my usb stick the next day and it worked without any issue. Thank you so much for your help.“

“I have an older iMac (27" mid-2010) with a solid state drive and a hard disk drive. I use the computer for internet and email only. The hard disk drive failed so I brought it to Apple Mac Computer Repairs to install a new hard disk drive and retrieve my photos from my time machine backup. He upgraded my RAM and installed a brand new 1 TB solid state drive to replace the damaged hard disk drive. He successfully retrieved everything and even transferred files to my DropBox. He gave me recommendations on speeding up my computer in general which really helped! Amazing service, amazing prices. Love this place! So happy!“
