Ruth was my first point of contact and was very friendly and professional. I had a paper jam with my HP M476 Laser jet printer. When Kit came out it was a lot more serious and way more intensive than was actually anticipated. I had just spent $450.00 on colour toner and did not want to be wasting all that money. Kit advised me of how intense the repair was and quoted me a price to fix it. He took the printer away and I was thinking it would be at least a week until I got it back. Went to Toner Laser Centre today for the first time, and all I can say, is that Kit & Ruth were amazing to deal with. So friendly and helpful. Kit got my printer up and running like it was new again within an hour or so, and very reasonable rates. I would recommend anyone needing repairs on a printer or toner supplies to check them Out. I know I will be going to them for any future printer needs for sure!Joanne T
