Just wanted to give a shout out to Matt and the team at this location. The monitor I wanted was on sale but no stock at their location. Worked with me to get it shipped from the Vancouver store. No mark up on the shipping & great communication. I wasn't able to come to the store when it arrived (2.5 hours away and work full time) They held it for me until the weekend and honored the sale price even though the pickup and purchase was after the sale date. Did a test with me at location for any dead pixels before I left with it. A+ service and an amazing price on my new monitor! Really appreciate everything and will definitely be returning again one day very soon.

Within minutes of me expressing my frustration with not being able to make a purchase online for pickup by a 3rd party (frustration expressed through their feedback form on the website), I was contacted by the original salesperson I had spoken with on the phone.Corporate has enabled a way to take payment via e-transfer.Huge shoutout to Shane for walking me through the process and taking care of me today.Thank you!

These guys are great. Anytime I need something for my pc I come here and never leave without either getting what I need or knowing the best option for me every time. Recently had a headset crack in a random spot and they switched them out for me without any issues. 10/10 will always come back here.
