Customer service here is truly incredible! Everyone is so incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! Especially Jason, who went above and beyond to help us fix our broken PC. It was evident from the start that he genuinely cared and had a wealth of knowledge! Thanks again!
Great staff! Super helpful in finding the laptop I needed. Wish the return process was a bit longer so I would have had more time to figure out if I liked it or not because life gets in the way and time goes fast!
I've gotten laptops from them in the past and their warranty is fantastic. I had one crap out within 2 years and they replaced it fully for me and recovered what was on the other one, at not extra cost (and it lasted 7 years).
Went in today to consult on a new PC build and was stunned by how thoroughly Matt M. was able to listen to my requirements based on use, give options to meet my need, and provide feedback on the build. I have been to this location multiple times and love the staff and service team. Thank you for your continued help and recommend anyone looking to purchase a PC do it from these guys. They're just awesome.
