Also if it is even an affiliate company they work with they will charge the customer.No understanding and not willing to work with the consumer. They contract out with "control freaks broadband". Avoid at all costs.Save yourself the head ache and go with starlink.‐------Changed my rating as I was contacted by Starview(Terry) who was very pleasant to deal with. He listened and was able to provide support regarding my situation.Unfortunate that the contracted installer represented themselves the way they did, though that is separate from how Starview themselves represented.“
