I just have to say these guys are absolutely wonderful. Nobody else in the city would take my husband‘s computer to replace the keyboard because it was so hard to find the part. It took 3 to 4 weeks But they always gave us updates. They gave us a fantastic price. Most importantly ,they were very kind and courteous to deal with. Would use these guys every time. Wonderful, wonderful customer service !!!
My computer gave up on itself and quit life on a Monday, and after bringing it to 310-Geek later that day, I had it back home and up and running by Wednesday morning. They were super easy and pleasant to deal with and I really appreciated their speedy work that I felt was fairly priced.
Dave was super kind and helpful. it took a while for the parts to ship which was outside their control but it's finally ready. thankyou for taking such good care of my computer! if I'm ever having computer troubles again or a friend is, I know who to recommend. ?
