I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dave at 310 Geek. From start to finish, dealing with him was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond my expectations.
I’m usually the “tech person” in my group of friends, but this issue was beyond my skill level. Dave didn’t just fix the problem he took the time to walk me through the process, explain what was happening, and make sure I understood everything.

I just have to say these guys are absolutely wonderful. Nobody else in the city would take my husband‘s computer to replace the keyboard because it was so hard to find the part. It took 3 to 4 weeks But they always gave us updates. They gave us a fantastic price. Most importantly ,they were very kind and courteous to deal with. Would use these guys every time. Wonderful, wonderful customer service !!!
My computer gave up on itself and quit life on a Monday, and after bringing it to 310-Geek later that day, I had it back home and up and running by Wednesday morning. They were super easy and pleasant to deal with and I really appreciated their speedy work that I felt was fairly priced.
