I have an older iMac (27" mid-2010) with a solid state drive and a hard disk drive. I use the computer for internet and email only. The hard disk drive failed so I brought it to Apple Mac Computer Repairs to install a new hard disk drive and retrieve my photos from my time machine backup. He upgraded my RAM and installed a brand new 1 TB solid state drive to replace the damaged hard disk drive. He successfully retrieved everything and even transferred files to my DropBox. He gave me recommendations on speeding up my computer in general which really helped! Amazing service, amazing prices. Love this place! So happy!
Had more tools than the Apple store for diagnosing the issue with my MacBook Pro, which was having issues charging and turning on. Easy appointment booking and flexible schedule. Saved us money because the Apple store could only recommend replacing the logic board (around $900) while he was able to fix the logic board for $390. This laptop has now been working just like before.
Such a positive experience. Had my laptop fixed very quickly, and was 1/4 of the price compared to every other place I called. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and straight forward with pricing when I called to book in plus no hidden costs afterwards! 10/10 would recommend.
