Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he was unable to help me but he went above and beyond to get me to help that I needed and very reasonable pricing but unfortunately, he couldn’t get the part we needed for the TV

Reliable and friendly service. Grant is capable to solve technical issues especially computer and printer issues. He had found battery part for my older labtop that other shops can’t source. So far no issue wth the labtop. Highly recommended this service.

Grant is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had to give three stars as the communication and assessment was on the slow side. I had to initiate the follow-up and never received responses via email. If I find myself in need of electronic's services again, I will certainly go back to see if there has been improvements on the communication side of things.
