We had carpeting and laminate installed for about 1000 SQ ft total and the execution of both installs was flawless on both counts. “We had Tilemart replace all of our old hardwood with engineered hardwood across two floors, as well as replace the carpet in three bedrooms, and overall we had a great experience.

One of the biggest reasons we chose Tilemart was because other flooring companies told us we would need to be out of our house for over a week. Tilemart worked with us to create a plan that allowed the project to be completed one floor at a time, leaving the bedrooms until last so we could move furniture between floors and continue living in our home throughout the process. That flexibility made a huge difference.

Like any large project, there were a few small deficiencies, but we were told upfront to wait through all four seasons and contact them after about a year. True to their word, when we reached out almost exactly a year later, they had installers at our house within a week to complete the touch-ups that were needed.

We really appreciated both the installation process and the follow-through afterward. We would definitely recommend Tilemart.“

“Professional from purchase to install. The sales team helped us pick the perfect product and arranged install. The installer Mohammad was great to work with. Excellent communication, and came right away to measure our home. He gave a written quote as well as WCB # and insurance policy for our condo board. He followed up closer to the install date, and then he and his assistant showed up right on time. They did a perfect job, cleaned up when done and finished an hour faster than he originally quoted. “We had a great experience with Tile Experts. We have tiles in our bathroom and main floor that are 40+ years old. We worked with Tyler and had an honest conversation about options to remove existing tiles or leave them in place, install new tiles, and options for extending their life. The best thing we did was ask if Tyler (the installer) could come to our house and look at the tiles in person - we initially tried to assess the tiles and come up with a scope and estimate over the phone and with pictures, but with the uniqueness of this job, having Tyler look at them in person helped us finalize our approach (and to make sure we were all in alignment with expectations of the final product - again, these were 40+ year old tiles, so we knew there was only so much that could be done).

In the end, we ended up doing as much maintenance as possible to extend the life of the tiles and grout - and we even replaced a couple of tiles. Tyler has such a great attitude and took so much care and pride in his work; we couldn't be happier. True, the tiles will not last forever, but we were so happy with the work that was done and the care taken to extend their life. I would recommend Tyler (and the Tile Experts) to anyone.“

“I just had my completion today of my vynal plank installation by LCF . Initially they sent out Dillon to measure and discuss my requirements. Then I had a change of plans as ,ultimately, I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to do the entire floor or just part of it..so they sent out Edward , to discuss the project and do a re- measure and help me decide if I wanted click in or glue down. I decided then to do the entire area in wide plank click in. I then went in to their store and met Lana, and she helped me choose a product I absolutely love .I have to say I'm amazed! 2 installers John and Matt started yesterday morning and removed and hauled out the old flooring , removed the baseboards, closet doors etc. They installed 1000 sq ft of vynal plank and had the baseboards back on and painted by 5 pm tonight! They also moved the furniture and appliances around ,and removed and replaced 2 toilets.They worked non stop ! The flooring looks fantastic, the result is seamless.I just can't say enough good things about this company! There were no pricing SURPRISES, NO delays,No problems what so Ever!! “I contracted with DreamArt Painting to have my condo painted … ceilings, walls, doors, trims and cupboards. They came quickly to do a complete estimate which was done in writing in a couple of days. All proof of licensing and insurance accompanied the estimate. Once we narrowed down the colour, they brought over samples to test on the walls. They arrived at the agreed upon date and completed the work quickly and professionally. All floors and furniture were protected and the condo was clean once the work was completed. I am very satisfied with their work and would strongly recommend their services.“

“Five Stars for the awesome experience we had with Alberta Hardwood Flooring . it started with Brooke who was lovely, pleasant and efficient. She also has candies on her desk. She sent for Joshua to help us. Joshua was outstanding. Five other people had indicated that there was no way to take up the hardwood from the closet to move to the kitchen to replace what was destroyed in a flood. One of the main differences was that Joshua listened to what we wanted and why we wanted it. He asked questions and came to the house to measure and assess the situation. He left saying that it could be done and he had replacement wood in the warehouse which could be used in the closet. Several days out a very talented and gifted installer, Alex, came out and did exactly as requested. It wasn't an easy task and we appreciated the commitment to doing it right.
