Thanks very much to Jake and the team at Ashley Fine Floors! We recently had a full renovation on our home and decided to go with Ashley Fine Floors after receiving numerous recommendations from past customers. We did a complete upgrade and replacement of our flooring, as well as upgraded our ensuite and walk-in showers.The flooring and tile turned out amazing that the team installed for us. I thought replacing my carpet would be a hassle, but I was wrong! David was super quick to reply, and we had the carpets installed the very next week. Everyone from Ashley Fine Floors was extremely helpful and responsive. It was such an easy and pleasant experience, I had to immediately leave a glowing review! Excellent service.

A+ service from start to finish! Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making us feel confident in our carpet choice for our basement reno. He was very knowledgeable in the showroom, and listened to understand our needs. We appreciated how efficient and easy Tony made the process (thanks for such quick email responses throughout!). Our installation was also flawless thanks to Andy's careful work - including addressing the previously uneven stair risers.Thank you Ashley Fine Floors - we will definitely be returning for our next reno!
