When we decided to install hardwood flooring on the main floor and replace carpets on the upper floor of our home, we contacted Jordan's Edmonton store. The staff members of this location were extremely helpful and assisted us in the process of selection of the products. They were professional and dealt with us with respect. The installations were timely and as negotiated. The work crew members polite, prompt and accommodating. After the work was completed, they followed up to check if we were satisfied with the workmanship. Needless to say, we were extremely happy with our entire experience with Jordan's.

There were a few small install issues, but I have an old house that has some issues. Jordan's came right out and fixed everything. We love our new vinyl plank. We are very happy with their service.

My third Jordans Flooring adventure is in the books and the procedure went as usual, with me knowing what I wanted in the way of the intended carpet and selecting a likely candidate from the website. Natalie came to measure with the samples in tow along with a ringer candidate that proved to be just the "One!." Again as before with the sales staff taking my words and translating them into just the most perfect product for me. The installation crew was amazing, accomodating, helpful, impecably skilled, neat, and efficient. Jordans has been years in the local busiess for very good reasons.
