I had carpet replaced in my home and I was very happy with my experience from start to finish. There was a good selection of options which were explained to me in order to assist in making my choice, samples were available for me to take home and booking my in-home quote was quick and easy. The installation went quick and smoothly. My home looks great! The number one reason I chose YEG Flooring Outlet is because of their excellent customer service. They took the time to answer all my questions, did not pressure me into any purchases, were responsive and treated me as a valuable customer from start to finish.

Amazing service by Barry and installation by Mike and crew.I needed to replace my old carpet with new carpet and LVP.Barry was very helpful, clear and informative about the numerous products I had questions about. They were also very accommodating with the requirements I had with regard to the installation.Mike the installer is very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions I had and he also gave me great advice which ended up helping me tremendously and potentially saved me money in the future. YEG flooring... I have so many compliments to give... we just had our floors done... vinyl plank... And I couldn't be more thrilled. The entire process was excellent. Mike, the owner, spent time with me and helped me to pick out the best flooring for my needs. The installation crew was amazing and did such a fabulous job... the attention to detail and the care they took was such a relief off my shoulders. We ran into a few snags, as you always do when you start pulling things apart, and 1 phone call to Mike and he had an immediate solution and had a fantastic plumber onsite ASAP.
