My husband and I are renovating our basement and went to the south location to look at tile. We haven't made our choices yet but the staff were so friendly and helpful, and we will absolutely be back soon to make our order!
Fantastic selection, great prices, and incredible staff. My only complaint would be the heat in the store. My husband and I had to leave to make our decision because of the lack of air conditioning inside.

I had no experience buying tiles or renovating, so I felt a bit overwhelmed going in. TileTown was actually the second store I visited, and the difference in customer service was immediately noticeable.
