I had an excellent experience with Touchstone Flooring. They were very patient and helpful while I selected hardwood and LVP for a large project of about 1,550 sq. ft.
They coordinated the flooring order, held the hardwood in storage for me until I was ready, and when my plans changed and I ultimately had to cancel the hardwood order, they handled it without any issue at all.
I did go ahead with the LVP, which was installed by my own installer, and it looks great. Throughout the process, I found the team helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. I would happily work with them again.
