“I had a leaking connection after moving a washing machine resulting in a leak to the ceiling below. I called a couple of other companies but none could come until at least the next day. I called Alpha and they had a technician at my place within two hours. Mike was courteous, efficient, explained the repair options and costs, and had the repairs done within a hour and a half. The only downside was the cost which seemed high, but was as per the estimate I was given. All plumbing repairs seem costly these days. I would definitely use Alpha again.“

“I contacted LoneStar to change out the Poly B in our home. We had previously used them to change the Poly B in our last home.

They were on time, scheduled everything ahead with me, and completed the job. It did take longer than expected, but I can appreciate that can happen.

They stayed on budget and I was quite happy with the price that they offered.

They did have a minor leak during the repairs, but I caught it quickly, called them, and the team turned right around and came back to fix the issue and check the damage. Fortunately there was no long term damage as I caught it within an hour. Last time we used them something similar happened, but to a larger extent, but we had the same response. They repaired all damage, had someone come immediately to the house, and checked on the status multiple times.

“THE MOST AMAZING SERVICE EVER! I had an emergency clog and overflow in the kitchen. ACE sent someone out asap who resolved the issue but when he left another one popped up, I ran before he drove away and he came back! The issue was resolved. The next day I had a question about what may have occurred and another tech was sent out! I decided well if he is here I will ask a few other things and sure enough I had more issues and all of them were addressed.
