Highly recommend. Very very nice and upfront did not try to upsell me, told me I could get my own faucet and go to the previous person and do it within warranty I just didn't because he messed it up. There was a miscommunication the 1st time on my end and he didn't charge a dispatch fee and came right the next day to do the job. Post the snow storm, my Water heater stopped working with some error code. Called a few experts who were quick to discuss their charges rather than inquire about the problem/error code.
