Customers appreciate his reasonable pricing, quick service, and willingness to assist with additional electrical fixes at no extra charge. The one-year warranty on repairs adds to their confidence in his work. Overall, Black Hills Plumbing and Heating Services is recommended for trustworthy and knowledgeable plumbing assistance.
Ron is always easy to get in touch with, comes out quickly, and does a very good quality job. I have used him a number of times for my own home, and referred him to clients. I always get the feeling that he genuinely cares, wants to make sure he does a great job, educates clients on the issue and how to prevent it in the future, and always ends up pointing out a few other things around the house that he notices might cause issues. His fees are also very reasonable. Oh and he guarantees his work for one year!
Ron replaced our hot water tanks. He was friendly, knowledgeable, provided service on short notice, and was price competitive. Most importantly, he made sure everything worked properly before leaving.
We have been using Ron of Black Hills, plumbing and heating services for a number of years now. He is very dedicated and passionate about his work and always does a fabulous job. He’s always readily available and willing to help and give you advice on how to maintain your plumbing and heating needs. I would highly recommend Ron when you are in need of his services.
