The yoga instructor, Irena, is very knowledgeable and shares so much valuable information about pregnancy and the birth process, things I didn’t know as this is my first pregnancy. The movements are well adapted and feel safe and supportive, and I always leave the class feeling better and more connected to my body. Highly recommended.??♥️“

Brielle kicks my butt every week during our personal training sessions (in the best way possible) and keeps me motivated. Jasmine’s massages are next level, I always leave feeling like a million bucks. And Mark is genuinely caring, truly invested in his patients, and always goes above and beyond. A team like this is a true gem!

The studio’s convenient location is why I initially signed her up for a Tiny Toes class, but it’s the welcoming, positive environment that keeps us here and she’s now on the Competitive Dance team. The teachers are fantastic—genuinely caring and inspiring, always encouraging the kids to do their best. The admin team is efficient and keeps us well-informed and organized. Overall, it’s a fantastic community for both dancers and parents. Highly recommend!“

11430 Braeside Dr SW, Calgary“This studio has a variety of classes and styles, and is quite reasonably priced if you pay for a membership (ie. Oxygen for Life) and attend classes regularly. Unlike some of the previous people who reviewed, I love the fact that they are strict about attendance and cell phone usage in the studio space. In my experience, people that come late or use their phone during class can be highly disruptive.
All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The instructors are engaging and fun! It is a joy to come to class <3“
