Beautiful studio with a wide range of yoga classes from non-heated to hot yoga, challenging flow and vinyasa, to relaxing yin and restorative classes. I love the Mission studio for the warm natural light and Kensington for the days where I’m more introspective. Truly, some of Calgary’s best and most experienced yoga teachers, workshops and teacher trainings.

Amazing staff, classes are great, plenty of variety and styles, setting is lovely, parking in the parkade is easy and cheap. Such a wonderful studio. I can't say enough good things. Would highly recommend.
Their 200 Hr YTT is also one of the best in town. 10/10
