“I had wanted to try lagree for awhile. A doctor even recommended it a few years ago based on my needs.What a fantastic studio this is. The workouts are challenging and it’s a bit intimidating at first but the staff here are so great. I’ve gone to classes by almost every instructor and everyone is so nice. This workout gets the job done while being zero impact. My old ankle injury has not flared up once yet in two months.“

“I've been a Fitness Fix member for over 15 years and Denise is the best trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She is so knowledgeable and is constantly taking courses to learn new methods and techniques. She will give you a killer workout- with a huge smile the entire time! Kim has an amazing skillset with body alignment and muscle activation (MAT) and helped immensely with my rehab after a knee surgery.Can't say enough great things about this studio. The trainers are truly caring and do not hesitate to give a personal experience. Thanks for everything you do!“

“I recently had membership concerns from a different location. Greeted at the door with an exceptional employee Kristina. she was so willing to help me out when I wasn't technically a member of the beltline location. Kristina was responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Her and the support staff I believe his name is Jake were prompt and efficient. Highly recommend this location. And the parking is just another added bonus.“

“I joined the Rock Centre, about 2 months ago and I have never been happier. Monika and her team is tremendously hardworking. I have seen significant changes in my body, within the first 6 weeks of my program. Monika is an amazing trainer, she cares about every single member and it shows. She will adjust meal plans, workouts, and employ use of varying techniques to ensure everyone gets the best results.Before I joined the Rock Centre, I was working out independently. I was not consistent and I never held myself accountable for missing my workouts. However, that is not the case at the Rock Centre, I rarely ever miss my workout sessions. Monika ensures you are held accountable and ensures you remain consistent so you can maximize your potential, efforts, and work.Also, I never used to break a sweat previously, but I know I am getting my money's worth here, because one, I am seeing visible results and second, I break a sweat every. single. time.I was not seeing significant results whilst working out independently, but I have started seeing more muscle definition now (literally my goal and dream since forever). I never thought I would start seeing muscle definition - EVER!! I was definitely wasting my money at the other gyms. The money spent at the Rock Centre is totally worth it, considering the results you will see and Monika’s efforts. Again, Monika works tremendously hard to ensure you get the most out of your workout. If you want to see changes in you mental, emotional, and physical health, I urge you to join the Rock Centre.Side note - Monika has an amazing playlist (mix of Punjabi, Hindi, and English songs), which is an additional bonus to the workouts! Also, in order to see the right results, you do need to push yourself.“
