I joined the Rock Centre, about 2 months ago and I have never been happier. Monika and her team is tremendously hardworking. I have seen significant changes in my body, within the first 6 weeks of my program. Monika is an amazing trainer, she cares about every single member and it shows. She will adjust meal plans, workouts, and employ use of varying techniques to ensure everyone gets the best results.Before I joined the Rock Centre, I was working out independently. My first experience with Monika & Women Rock Center team and have not been disappointed! I love the group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

Best gym ever. I have been wasting my money for 10 years in different gym membership and never been consistent. Monika and her colleagues are the best trainer in calgary . I not only get rid of stubborn fat but also get toned in the 6 week challenge with Diet & exercise. Highly recommend this workout session. Musty try!!!Monika is THE BEST ?
