Bedrock has an incredible gym, awesome vibe, incredible coaching and they care about each person at each workout. Our family is better being there, and it has changed our daughter's life.

I’ve recently started coming to this gym and I love it. The coaches are very attentive and are always trying to help you achieve your best. The building is clean, the equipment is kept in great shape, you can bring your kids and dogs, and it’s woman owned. I highly recommend coming here!

Bedrock has a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and helpful coaches who care about everyone who sets foot in the gym. It’s truly a diverse community of driven, supportive, fun and kind individuals. The workout programming is some of the best I’ve experienced as well. Bedrock is woman owned, dog friendly, has great gym equipment, lots of space and wonderful people. What more could you want from a CrossFit gym?! If you’re in town and looking for a gym to drop in to, this is your gym! If you’re on the fence about joining Bedrock, just do it! All workouts can be scaled to skill and fitness level and you will be welcomed by everyone. 10/10 would recommend Bedrock...read full review
