Bedrock CrossFit is an exceptional gym with an incredible vibe and excellent coaching. The coaches are attentive, making the classes fun and always trying to help each member achieve their best. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and caring coaches. It is a diverse community of driven, supportive, and kind individuals. The workout programming is excellent, and the gym is woman-owned, dog-friendly, and offers great equipment with plenty of space. It is especially recommended for beginners, as there are always options for scaling the workouts. Bedrock CrossFit is a great choice for anyone seeking a top-notch CrossFit experience, including the popular Saturday morning partner workouts.

Working out can be boring but this this was a full body workout that made the hour go by before I knew it. Great staff and welcoming environment. I’ll be definitely going again

Went in for a session via their drop-in option while travelling; everything was well organized, coaches were super professional and cared about form/technique. Clean, nice equipment, and friendly community. Thank you!

I have been a member for about a year now and this place is great! Ownership and coaches are fantastic and it shows with the whole gym community vibes being terrific.
Lots of support from the coaches for people of all levels of fitness, whether you are brand new or more experienced they have you covered.
