“This is the first on-line review I have ever submitted but I felt my experience with South Peak warranted it. A competent and honest contractor with great customer service delivering at a competitive price. Imagine that :-). I was impressed at every step of the experience. Sales Rep 'Ivan' did a careful inspection of the work required for the estimate, double checked his work, making sure they'd deliver the work and price what he quoted. Unlike many sales rep's who are never seen again after awarding the contract, Ivan kept us informed on timelines to source the materials and actually attended during the work and followed up after completion to ensure we were satisfied. 'Amanda' in Admin clearly understood what information customers want/need and when, and provided all such information/documents at each step in the project, and without any prompting from us. The crew were professional, on-time and even worked late to ensure completion before the weather changed. They did a great job including several special requests I had thanks to the meticulous efforts and supervision of Crew Lead 'Augustine'. He double checked all work and even personally repeated some clean-up steps, without us even asking, demonstrating his commitment to excellence. In short, no negative surprises and no disappointments! Given the prevalence of 'shady' contractors (especially roofers), we were enormously relieved to have worked with South Peak.“

Everything went smoothly from the architectural rendering to the finished product. The design they created for us worked perfectly with our home and has significantly updated it. Ridgecrest installed Hardie board siding, cedar longboard soffits and trim, natural stone, garage door and new windows to completely enhance the durability, value and appearance of our home. “My original 2020 Review: Amazing team! Jordan and the guys swarmed my home, took away my shakes and did a top notch job in a day and a half. Wow!Excellent communication throughout the job, responsive to my requests. These guys rock!2024 Update: after hearing a squirrel in my attic I called City Boss to have a look at my flashing and soffit. The team were here in 2 days and took care of it, even installing a new metal guard over my soffit. No charge, even though the soffit wasn't their work.That's impressive service!!!“

“I recently got to meet the some of the guys at high performance spray systems. For years I've planned to build my own home and this summer I dug the basement. Looking for quality and value at every turn I decided to go with spray foam insulation. I contacted a few companies and many of them didn’t even get back to me. From the beginning high performance was communicative, answering all my d*** questions and I knew they are who I wanted to work with. These guys showed up on time with smiles on their faces and ready to work! They where very knowledgeable and taught me a few things about proper insulation. Respectful, clean and fast! He came out and gave me a quote on my roof as well as replacing the siding on my whole house not just one side! The roof was done in 2 days and the cleanup was fantastic. The siding was done in a week, the crew worked even in some very hot days,but got the job done. The clean up once again was fantastic. “We decided to hire Platinum Roofing for a flat roof on a commercial building in SE Calgary. We looked at 4 other commercial roofing companies and chose Platinum not only for a fair price but I was able to have an independent roofing inspector of my choice inspect the roof during and after roofing work was complete. Best part was Platinum paid for the roofing inspector. I was able to cut costs by about 10% and my boss loves me for it. Special thanks to Mark the owner for all his great advise. “Hired White Knight Contracting to replace our gutters. Job was done very well and absolutely nothing was left behind for me to cleanup. I had a couple leaks which were fixed and Matt discovered that the attic of my heated garage was not insulated. They insulated it as soon as possible just before Christmas.
