Kudos to our in-home sales rep, Justin, showroom sales rep, Shawn, and installation team led by the legendary Omari! Thoughts of replacing 16 windows in our 33 year old house with energy efficient windows were causing great anxiety, just the whole process, from meeting with several competitive and reputable companies, to choosing the right windows at a reasonable price, to scheduling reliable dates and turning our house into a war zone for days! Well, we’re so glad we chose Lux because they exceeded our expectations on everything, making this project run so much more smoothly than we’d ever imagined. Justin’s suggestion to visit their nearby showroom was great advice. Shawn at the showroom eased our fears about alternative window pane tinting by showing us a series of outside facing windows, demonstrating each level. He also answered all of our other questions, including mechanical questions with the use of different working models. Once we chose Lux and our installation scheduling was advised within a reasonable time, our final fears about cutting out the old windows, affecting outside stucco, inside kitchen window grout and even bathroom shower wall tiling, disappeared when Omari and his team arrived! Omari calmed us down about all of our concerns, confidently saying he could cut out and reinstall all the windows carefully, especially in the fragile areas, probably in two days instead of the three scheduled. He said he is known as the LEGEND! Well, he truly is, along with his reliable crew. They worked quickly but with amazing skill, and the whole job was completed in immaculate fashion in two days! We are so happy with the quality and appearance of our new, perfectly installed windows and immediately noticed the cooling impact in the house on these remaining hot summer days.
