There is always a risk you take on when buying second hand electronics but with the openbox warrantee and support you can rest assured they will handle anything that comes up.Geek squad has got nothing on Adel & Tyler and their team of technicians- normally I do not get warrantees on stuff because it ends up being just lip service; but here, they actually follow through and try to help you out. I am grateful for their services and will highly recommend this location for their honesty and integrity in business. I have been to other openbox locations but the service here was just outstanding- that is why I will keep coming back here even if it is a long drive for me.As a small business owner my self I know how challenging it can be to maintain a high standard of customer service. Through the holiday season especially it was hard - there were delays in shipment, parts not available etc. but my patience paid off and I will say they showed the same patience with me when I kept having problems with a cursed phone. Thankfully Adel was able to get me a new phone that has worked much better. Next time I need to upgrade my phone (hopefully not for another 5 years) I will certainly ask for their recommendation!“

No other business has come even close to this level of consistency.--Post Response Addition-- Early-mid 90's You existed in a "hole in the wall" a couple streets east of Chinook Centre, before Doppler built that purple monstrosity in front of you. I'd had a FDD failure in an old IBM PS/2 and the "Expert Techs" at Future-Shop had sold me an incompatible replacement with a molex y-splitter for power, and it nearly fried my system - seriously melted the IDE cable. When I came to Memory Express, you not only had the old proprietary replacement available, I also got an education on IBM using their own tech. You were also able to provide a memory upgrade for the old beast, despite it being years past end of life at that point. That used PS/2 was my first system and served my growing computer passion for a good few years. I feel a bit stupid I've never sought employment with you, probably be a lot more satisfied than current times. Stay awesome! :)“
