I buy used/openbox phones and electronics for environmental and social justice reasons. There is always a risk you take on when buying second hand electronics but with the openbox warrantee and support you can rest assured they will handle anything that comes up.Geek squad has got nothing on Adel & Tyler and their team of technicians- normally I do not get warrantees on stuff because it ends up being just lip service; but here, they actually follow through and try to help you out. I am grateful for their services and will highly recommend this location for their honesty and integrity in business. Openbox is my go to place for any electronics for the last 7 years. The owner, Adel and his team are just incredible when it comes to customer service and great price. Now, my employer has become their permanent client! Everyone at my work also love OPENBOX!

Excellent experience purchasing from this company. The customer service is superb Adel handled everything in a quick professional manner, I highly recommend buying from them. The product is in great condition the shipping was very fast and overall I am pleased with my purchase. I ordered 2 Asus chrome books they were neatly packaged and arrived next day.
