I went to this independent full service sales and repair shop to get a new battery installed in my cell phone. The owner and staff were very polite, the owner took the time to show me the inside of my cell once the back was open, he did a great job looking for another issues. We compared the replacement battery specs side by side together with the old one for compatability. Every step of the process they were transparent and informative, showing me after the repair how my original battery was failing.
