I am pretty much not computer/laptop savvy person but Montana, one of the reps, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hour and a half I spent on Bestbuy trying to find a laptop that would suit my needs were addressed within a few minutes here at Bestbuy. The pricing was even better than what Bestbuy had to offer. Go to Memory Express before going anywhere else first. You most likely wil not need to go elsewhere for any computer related concerns.
Thank you LucN for repairing the hinge on my laptop! I was quoted $165 + 2 hr labor if I opted to replace the hinge and LCD back cover but he was able to cut the cost because the issue i had was fixable and I would have just needed to pay the 2 hr labor cost. Reading the comments he added onto my receipt, he did more than just fix my hinge; he cleaned the inside of my laptop, removed the dust and debris and freshened my CPU with thermal paste. I appreciate you LucN!!
