I went into the Memory Express a month ago for an issue that I was having with not receiving my emails. The young fellow that helped me said that they were unable to help me. I went in again today as I still am not getting my emails. I first was talking with the same young fellow from a month ago. He said there was nothing that they could do. I was prepared to pay them anything to fix this issue. Then Thomas, who overheard our conversation, cut in telling me other things that I could try.
