Thank you LucN for repairing the hinge on my laptop! I was quoted $165 + 2 hr labor if I opted to replace the hinge and LCD back cover but he was able to cut the cost because the issue i had was fixable and I would have just needed to pay the 2 hr labor cost. Reading the comments he added onto my receipt, he did more than just fix my hinge; he cleaned the inside of my laptop, removed the dust and debris and freshened my CPU with thermal paste. I appreciate you LucN!!
I bought a 34 inch monitor today for my younger brother, to complete the new PC I built for him. David was quick to assist us and made the purchasing process seamless. As a computer enthusiast, I could tell he was well-versed and knew what he was talking about. Also appreciate him testing a power on of the monitor to make sure it was operational prior to sale. Would recommend if you live in Alberta!
Took about 2 entire days to get my PC built but this is an absolutely great place, the relaxed atmosphere was really nice and all the staff were really friendly. I first went in to by all the parts for a computer tower but a lot of the parts I originally planned for ended up not being there, luckily Matthew was very accommodating and helpful, going through the options to find options that matched my wanted specs and was affordable. Although the motherboard was defective, the next day I called the store to ask about returns and David was understanding of the situation and made me feel comfortable.
