I am a consultant and recently started my own company. I contacted CTECH Consulting Group to address issues I was having with Microsoft Teams. While CTECH's business model is not to provide tech support to an individual, Carl Fransen went out of his way to connect with his network of people, and he made sure that I received the support I needed. I received an onsite visit from one of his colleagues. Both these individuals were extremely patient and helpful and in the end, my issue was resolved.
