“We had just moved into a spec-built home. The concrete in the garage had sat long enough for the typical shrinkage cracks to form. The knee walls were rough from formwork. I work on vehicles as a hobby so I needed the floor sealed against spills.
We looked at a number of contractors for coatings. There are a lot of trades who claim they can do this work but not all can do it well. This company had the right experience and understood what I wanted. They have a reasonable assortment of colour flake variations from which to choose.

The home builder secured the wood steps to the wall making it impossible to remove without causing some damage and thus making the job a bit more difficult. However, the guys were able to work around the steps to finish underneath as best they could. They were diligent and the end result looks great.
Concrete Inspirations are not the cheapest but I believe the adage ‘you get what you pay for’ applies here. I recommend them and would use them when we move again.

To answer some questions on durability and maintenance:
1. Do not drag sharp objects across the surfaces as it can scratch the surface.

2. Do not allow solvent-based or citrus based products to sit on the surface.

3. Promptly remove spills and contaminants on surface. Floor can be washed with mild detergent products 8 parts water with 1 part soap.
For deeper cleaner or for excess debris, these floors can be mopped, squeegeed or lightly power washed.

4. Grease/oil deposits are best attacked with Tri-Sodium Phosphate or a commonly available biodegradable cleaner.

5. Avoid putting paint on the floor, clean up immediately before the paint dries if spilled.

6. To clean large particles of dirt, vacuum with a soft brush attachment. Should you opt to vacuum floor, the floor maintenance equipment should be equipped with 3M white pads (non-silconized), to prevent surface scratching.“
