Arlin was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to deal with throughout the entire process. Nichole and the team at Deerfoot Carpet are great. Nichole was really helpful with all our questions, gave us plenty of suggestions and was very patient as we went back and forth over the various colours and styles we liked. She made the whole carpet buying experience very easy for us and I would go back in a heartbeat. The installation team was excellent, fast and very efficient. They were in and out quicker than anticipated and the work they did was fantastic. I would recommend anyone considering new carpet (or other flooring) to stop by and talk to them…I think you would be as impressed as we were.
