After searching several tile stores in Calgary with no luck, this was my last stop and honestly my last hope — and they had exactly what I was looking for!
The receptionist was absolutely amazing. As soon as she saw the tile sample I brought in, she said, “I’m pretty sure we have this one. We have so many, but I remember seeing it.” And she was right! They had the exact tile I needed, and I was finally able to purchase it.

I was happy to work with Vince a second time around. The first was with a carpet install and the second and most recent was for luxury vinyl flooring. Vince was patient and accommodating of my needs and vision. Jensen also helped throughout the process when Vince wasn't available and helped me with my final luxury vinyl selection.

The team that was sent was respectful and courteous and respected our immacutely kept house, cleaning up after themselves and doing a quick but professional job.
We are extremely happy with the end result and have only one regret - that it didn't occur to us to go through with it earlier, rather than as we were parting with our house!
