We recently replaced the carpet in three rooms and a staircase in our home. We had a great experience with Jordans. Cathy in the store was very friendly and helpful, Victor was great coming to the house to measure, quote, arrange install and follow up. The crew of three that came to install were awesome as well. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend Jordan’s for your flooring projects.
I recently made a purchase at Jordan’s to complete a project for my client. Victor’s help and assistance was top notch! Very helpful staff and quality service from everyone in the store. As an independent contractor, this level of service is very important. I will be returning for future projects!!
Came in wanting laminate or vinyl, after speaking to Tyler I was able to determine that I wanted vinyl, and he kindly allowed me to take samples home to determine which would be the right fit for my new home. Amazing experience, amazing customer service, will definitely be back!
