So happy we found this store full of magical projects waiting to happen. A lovely spice of adventure as soon as you walk in the store and friendly staff who are excited to talk about the exotic and fascinating woods in store. We will be back!

I had an amazing experience at this Windsor Plywood location. I went in with a basic idea of what I wanted—a countertop to go over our washer and dryer in our mudroom/garage entryway area, and measurements for the size we needed. Paul Chabidon welcomed me when I got there and asked if I needed help. I explained what I was trying to do and he walked me through some options and answered all of my (very novice level) questions with a lot of patience.Paul really took an interest in my project. He really went the extra mile. Called the company my builder told me supplied the doors to my house. The woman I talked to on the phone was rude and unhelpful. She transferred me to someone who was not only less helpful, but told me she was due for her break and had to go, but would call me back in 15 minutes - which she didn’t. If you want to know the name of the company just search my other reviews for a one star review ;)Then I googled the name of the door company and Windsor Plywood was listed as a supplier. I called and an incredibly helpful person named Paul answered and he was able to track down the door (which had to be a mill order) and the appropriate hardware from another supplier.
