“We needed our buckled carpet repaired and we contacted Chateau Flooring for help. Although they had not installed this 5 year old carpet, they recommended one of their best repair technicians to come fix our carpet. Denis was prompt and extremely knowledgeable having been in this business for over 30 years. The carpet had originally been poorly installed which necessitated it be completely pulled up and reinstalled. The fee Denis charged was not enough for the many hours of work he put in. The end result of the carpet repair was perfect, it didn’t look that good back when it was originally installed. Kudos to Chateau Flooring and its technicians for providing caring and professional services. We would not hesitate to recommend them for your flooring needs.“
