“We've lived in our home for over 20 years and really wanted to have a bit of a facelift so we decided to call some places to get quotes on flooring. Out of all the companies I called, Irene and Josue impressed us so much. (One company quoted me over the phone without even seeing the floor!)I emailed them in the morning and Irene emailed me back promptly and asked if they could come by that day to see the floors. They called me again ahead of their arrival to confirm I was home.Josue and Irene both came to quote the job. They were professional and very amicable.We were surprised with Josue's work ethic, working diligently from 7:30 to 5:30. By the end of the first day, the floors were all sanded and I was shocked at the efficiency of his machinery... hardly any dust created! By the end of the second day, floors were cleaned and he hand sanded difficult areas like around the fireplace. The final day, floors were stained and a sealant was applied. I've included before and after pictures.We appreciated the service provided...very attentive and eager to ensure that we were satisfied with the work done.I don't usually write Google reviews but this company's customer service (before, during and after) has been outstanding we love our new floors!
