“Visiting Banff and had my very first Lash Lift done by Tenejah at the studio. Was put at immediate ease with how friendly and clean the salon was. Might have dozed off during the lash lift as the music selection playing was so relaxing. Do not know how it was possible to have my lashes look so full and curled…thinking a bit of magic perhaps lol. Highly recommend visiting this studio and having Tenejah take care of you.

“Girlfriends and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the spa. It is clean, modern, and the treatments were great (especially the rejuvenating facial).

We were all extremely taken aback, however, when we checked out and were asked verbally to provide our gratuity to the front desk clerk, instead of choosing our gratuity when providing payment with the machine, like every other establishment. When two of us asked why we couldn't just add the gratuity on the machine, she said their system wasn't capable of that -- which is frankly unheard of, and honestly it felt crass. I took one star off for that -- it wasn't a great customer service experience.“
