My best friend and I came in for a last minute massage here, and we couldn’t be happier. Ian and Karen were phenomenal and we left feeling super relaxed and relieved. I had a lot of neck pain coming in, I couldn’t even turn my head. Karen did a wonderful job using the right pressure and techniques to alleviate my pain. It was my best friend’s first massage and she loved it, we will come back for sure! Definitely recommend.

What a lovely place!had a couples massage last minute and Karen&Ian our RMT's were lovely and knowledgeable. reception and other staffs are phenomenal ,will recommend this place to our friends and family everytime we are in the Rockies.

Good place to relax after hiking skiing. Reasonable price(lower than SPAs but higher than some). Relatively easier to book for urgent appointments than cheaper places. Supports insurance but only health spending account for Canada Life
