Today I had a Therapeutic Massage with Beth. It was FANTASTIC. I had a 60min FULL BODY massage and it was incredible. I left Remedy feeling alive and relaxed. I will definitely be back. Ps my Beets Latte and Peanut butter choc bliss ball was delish 🥰👌🏻
Best spa experience in Banff!! The location & staff are the nicest. The reservation process is seamless and Beth, the massage therapist, is very careful and knowledgeable of the human body, she knows about all the different sports practiced in the area and how the body reacts to them. ...Oh and I was offered sorbet and refreshments to enjoy in the lounge or on the roof patio after my massage... ; )
I got my first ever facial today at Remedy with Renee, and I could not say enough good things about this establishment.
