I have had so many facials in so many different places and this was by far the most amazing experience I’ve ever had. All the lady’s are amazing & it’s a perfect balance of advanced facials and skincare but still a relaxing spa like experience. I don’t live in Banff but we come about once a month and I’m already planning my next visit at remedy. I can’t express enough how much I recommend this place

Renee was a wonderful Esthetician who knew her art. She made me feel comfortable and safe. I could trust her as soon as she started with the cleansing process. The facial was wonderful and the Spa is gorgeous. Thanks Renee
