I had a Signature Hydrafacial + Dermaplaning with Emma and had a really nice experience. My skin looked fresh and glowy afterward, and the whole appointment felt relaxing and personalized. The cozy lounge and hot chocolate at the end were a lovely touch. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
Had a awesome experience with Vanesa, i was really hesitant trying a new hair stylist after having the same one for 5+ years however she actually listened and took onboard what i wanted. This is the first time ive walked out of a salon smiling instead of crying! Couldn't recommended her enough! 😊
Tom was wonderful! English isn't my first language, but he took the time to understand me perfectly and was incredibly kind! He gave me a clear explanation of my situation and some exercises. My experience was 10/10.

We just did a mini family photo session with Kim in Banff during a family vacation to the area. I had researched local photographers and had selected her and some others to contact based on their portfolios. I sent out a few emails, and Kim stood out in the thoroughness of her response. She knows the area and gave suggestions right away. I was indecisive, going back and forth on location, yet she remained patient and kindly continued to give me recommendations. The weather was unfortunately not cooperating, so we had to play it by ear and had to reschedule a few times. She was very accommodating with this and had such an understanding attitude. Also, we are those people who do not know how to pose and feel awkward when taking pictures, but she made us feel comfortable and was really easy to work with. It’s only been a day since the shoot, so we have only received few preview pictures, but already know we love them and have a several we want to blow up and get framed. We highly recommend her!

I'm a long time CrossFitter if I can call myself that way who occasionally drops at CrossFit gym’s during work/leisure trips.
I couldn't be happier. The programming is amazing (and amazingly hard, but in a great way that inspires me, and the coaches always help me scaling, the members are committed and kind and welcoming and clearly a community; the coaches are friendly and inspirational and give the very best and most nuanced cues.
It is a CrossFit gym that still loves CrossFit, if that makes sense. I dislike change, in general, as a human being. Especially coming on vacation and working out ? Yes I’m the type of member who will complain looking at a workout, doing it but still manage to show up and do it ?

Ps. Best part of it is that Bare Bistro is close by so after a workout you can get a treat next door ?

We set up our stand at the Canadian Spine conference at the Fairmont Banff hotel and realized we were missing two graphic panels. I made a quick call to our booth vendor they found Pro Image in Banff and our problem was solved! Pro Image printed (beautifully) our two extra large panels and delivered them the next morning!! Absolutely amazing experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the floral designs were stunning. I ordered a flower vase arrangement for my partner, and he absolutely loved it. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and exceeded my expectations. You can really see the care and creativity that goes into every arrangement. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing treatment today. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and really cared for. She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and intuitive throughout the entire session, always checking in and really listening to what my body needed. One of the best parts of our trip to Banff was finding Cooper’s Dog Cabin for dog daycare. Our almost 2 year old Corgi thoroughly enjoyed his play time. An exhausted puppy is a happy puppy and grateful parents. Thank you to all the wonderful staff!! Job well done!!!

Wanted a hot shave and a hit trim for my husband I booked online after being rudely talked to by another style shop in town, What an amazing job they did! Super nice and did an incredible job on my husband I wanted something specific and when they finished it wasnt quite they way I expected, he had no problem and super accommodating to finish it to my perfection. We have so many great things to say about the Forget-Me-Knot Flowers. They did a beautiful job preparing and providing beautiful, timeless florals for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Moreover, they were incredibly patient and accommodating as we vacillated on our preferences and took a long time to lock in on a plan. Most importantly, the team, especially Nancy, are sweet and genuine, and care about the work they do. When we noticed we were a few flowers short to finish a final vase for the rehearsal dinner, Nancy said “I’ll be right there!” And brought them! When we came to the shop for a sneak peek of the flowers for our wedding day, she and the team were so excited for us. We cannot recommend them enough!

Have always had great service with Banff Plumbing over the years. Extra kudos to Dave Kennedy this go-around, who was out right away for an emergency fix to a pipe that had burst overnight.
I just completed a 60 minute detox massage and a 60 minute facial with SALLY and it was the best 2 hours in 2026, thus far. It was euphoric. She was EXCEPTIONAL! The best facial I have ever had. Period. I cannot recommend her enough; no notes. Absolutely exceptional experience in every way.
We really enjoyed spending the day being pampered. The staff were great, massages were excellent as were the facials and pedicures. It would have been nice to be notified in advance that the massage therapist was not registered as one so we could not use that for our insurance ($200 for a massage is expensive without insurance). The only thing I did not appreciate is when we paid. The person at the til probably asked us 3 or 4 times if we wanted to leave a tip. Paying $600 in services each, I understand why, but once would have been enough.
Great natural hot spring in Banff that is a wonderful place to come with family. We came as part of our tour to Banff and enjoyed an hour in the hot springs. There are showers that you use before and after using the natural hot springs and is day am hour is good enough. We came in July 2025 and had a wonderful time. Gift shop available and towels as well.
Staff are friendly and welcoming, I love coming here 10 out of 10 experience.
