Dropped in on 10/11. Kyle was the coach. Super easy to sign up for the class via their website. Kyle was very informative without being overbearing. The class was super welcoming and had a good workout for the day. Small space but they really utilize it the best they can.
When I found Kim, it was part of a crazy idea that I had about an engagement shoot on a mountaintop. She was very busy however the stars aligned and she happened to have availability when I was driving through the Banff area.Her email communication was prompt and clear. On the day, she was very organized (even without cell reception), and had to keep the secret too. She made it easy, set us up perfectly, and nailed the shots.She and I both had to remain cool, as an exuberant hiker proclaimed, just as we were setting up: "ohhhhhh an *engagement shoot*". To which I said, "no, just photos."We had a lot of fun, and Kim was busy getting the job done all the while. When we had a special request, she always said, yes. She was very eager to capture our unique aspects and none of our requests (second location, presence of a higher power, etc.) fazed her.I have been a photographer for years and have photographed a wedding myself, and so my expectations were high. The shots, the scenery (forest fire smoke, meets golden sun, meets shimmering water), the togetherness that she captured that shows in her pictures, is epic.Her turn-around time was like clockwork. We got everything as promised. On time, on budget, on point! I highly recommend Kim!
I was in banff for a get-away and to take some time to re-set myself. I was so glad ended up here! Ruzal took care of me, gave me a wonderful colour and cut that was well overdue. Had wonderful conversations with her about her journey here to Canada. I can't recommend this place enough!
The lady at the desk was super nice. I went to see Tom about some issues I was having with my knees and BAM he figured it out. Almost cried after the acupuncture cause there was no more pain. ? overall it was a great experience. Tom walked through everything he was doing and overall I would suggest going to see him if you have some anxiety in the medical setting. The acupuncture didn’t hurt and it was super easy to stay calm. They also sell resistance bands for your exercises if you need them!
Fabulous experience. Incredibly knowledgeable on the cause of aches and pains and quickly able to work on the roots of issues. Highly recommend.

I was visiting Banff this week and the walk in cut with Cassidy at Beatnik was excellent. Everything from the friendliness, value, head massage, to the texturizing and long pixie cut with whispy bangs. I rank it in my top 10 cuts as a +60 experienced salon goer!

Brought my crack head energy doodle here while we were out sight seeing in Banff. She came back to hotel and slept well. I’ll definitely use them again. Thank you for taking care of my crazy daisy . I didn’t catch the guys name that I dealt with but he was super nice and very informative regarding doodles. He also suggested a great chew for her to chew.

We used Botega Salon for hair and make up on our wedding day. Terri and Kat were extremely friendly, listened to and accommodated every request. They stayed on time, made our flower girl feel like a princess, and even offered tips and tricks for doing make up. They travelled to us, which made for a low key relaxing morning. Great service!
I had a mani & pedi here! They did do an amazing job but I find the place is very over priced and probably won't be back due to that.

What an incredible experience! If you’re visiting Banff, head to the mountain and then book a massage at this place - you will not regret it. The details from the robes, to the citrus water, snacks, espresso, and extra amenities to help freshen up after the soak were all so nice. The soak area is also very beautiful with the large columns and waterfalls. I highly recommend this place!
I had a 60 minute Swedish massage and the scalp treatment with Alana. She was absolutely amazing! One of the best massages I've had. The space is also very relaxing and loved lounging with some hit tea after. Such a great experience.

My best friend and I came in for a last minute massage here, and we couldn’t be happier. Ian and Karen were phenomenal and we left feeling super relaxed and relieved. I had a lot of neck pain coming in, I couldn’t even turn my head. Karen did a wonderful job using the right pressure and techniques to alleviate my pain. It was my best friend’s first massage and she loved it, we will come back for sure! Definitely recommend.
Excellent service! We had our check engine light pop up on our way to Kelowna. We gave them a call, they got us in right away and even let our dogs stay in the car and out of the cold. They ran diagnostics and confirmed the car was safe to drive. They even put a temporary cold front in for us. The bill was less than $100 and we were back on the road in about 30 min. Huge thanks to Bryan and the Standish team!
After a few days of skiing we decided a little self care would do the body wonders and Debra Guadagno or as I now referred to her, “my hero” didn’t disappoint. She was able to get my muscles back to a place where I could use them again to rip down the mountains. This all being said it’s what I was hoping/expecting but she overachieved by also recommending a few local must see and must eat places. Both she and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful in my experience and the facility has a lot to offer. If you end up being lucky enough to get Deb, let her know I owe her a drink. Grizzlies was amazing.
Great experience and wasn't too expensive in comparison to Calgary spas with what you get during your stay, definitely worth your time and money. The pool and hot tub access afterwards was really enjoyable. Thank you for everything, will definitely be coming back soon.
It was a random plan for a day visit to banff turned out to be amazing with lots of stuff done. Before leaving home it was decided to go for a dip in the hot spring. We reached there around mid day. The pool was not so busy. The weather was cold yet the water was perfect to stay in and relax.We stayed for an hour and half with sitting in and out of water time to time. The view was breathtaking with snow blankets on the mountains.Locker room, bathing area and washrooms were all clean and well maintained. A staff was cleaning them in timely manner.This place do offer rental towels, bathing suit and locker. Ticket can only be purchased on site. They do have a cafe on the top which has a warm and cosy atmosphere and a relaxing view of the place with limited options to eat and drink.Parking is steps away and they do have disability parking right next to the main entrance.Overall it was a good experience. Not a fancy place yet highly recommended to visit for a good time off.
