I had a 60 minute Swedish massage and the scalp treatment with Alana. She was absolutely amazing! One of the best massages I've had. The space is also very relaxing and loved lounging with some hit tea after. Such a great experience.

This is an amazing spa. It really brings together aromatherapy, massage therapy, and top tier service. It outdoes most resort spas. If I lived nearby I’d go regularly. This is a must-go stop when in Banff. Jen and Glenda were amazing.

My husband and I had an absolutely delightful experience at Cedar and Sage during our recent trip to Banff. From the moment we called to make an appointment, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She recommended services based on our preferences and was very thoughtful about my concern when I had period pains.The facilities were impeccably clean and had a soothing ambiance that immediately put us at ease. We opted for the couples massage, and we were thrilled to find that the room had two beds and even a shower inside for added convenience.Our massage therapists- Irene and Alana- were skilled and attentive, ensuring that we were comfortable throughout the session....read full review
