Red Earth Spa offers a welcoming environment with kind and helpful staff. Guests have praised the excellent massage services, noting the experience of the therapists and the relaxing atmosphere. The facility provides great amenities, including a gorgeous hot pool, well-maintained change rooms, lockers, and a nice shower. The spa is fantastic and hugely recommended for a relaxing vacation. Many feel so much better, lighter, and restored after a brilliant, professional massage. Everything from start to finish is absolutely perfect. The spa is also known for providing local dining and sightseeing tips.
Spent a few night at the Caribou lodge over Christmas 25' and took advantage of the spa services. Husband and I had a salt wrap that came with a mini facial which was beyond amazing, we had a couples 90 min massage , my husbands was great , mine unfortunately the therapist thought it was only 60min and so was a little lacking as I had mostly arm and feet done .... BUT .. manager corrected this for me and made it right , and we had side by side full pedicures, also wonderful. This was a perfect addition to our trip- my sis and I got manicures, pedicures (by Sylvia) and massages (by Katherine) to make a full day of relaxation. Best to book ahead of course! But they managed to squeeze us in. Sylvia did a great job with relaxing manicures and pedicures- my feet felt brand new after it! And Katherine made me feel an inch taller after her massage. Overall great experience and we really appreciated them accommodating our scent allergy so we plan to be back!
P.S the robes you are given to wear are phenomenally cozy and are larger than normal hotel ones.
I came on here to specifically make a review about Viktoria, truly amazing at massage therapy - her hands and technique are a work of art! I’ve never left a spa feeling so amazing, as months have passed by since my experience, I’m reminiscing on my visit and wanted to leave a review!
