713 8 St #5, Canmore“Booked a 60 minute massage with Cheyenne during a recent vacation to Canmore and was absolutely thrilled with my service. This is hands down top five massages I've ever received. Somehow Cheyenne managed to do a thorough full body massage in just 60 minutes (I find with many other therapists 90 minutes is required for this level of attention). Medium pressure was perfect for me - not too hard but also felt like she was really getting into my fatigued muscles. Facility was great, booking was easy and everyone was very friendly. I wish I lived here, because I would definitely go back to see Cheyenne again!“

1002 8 Ave #103, Canmore“I was gifted a float and massage, and managed to perfectly time my booking with a chaotic couple of weeks, when relaxation was desperately needed.
First the float. I had minor concerns about claustrophobia, but was shown how everything worked, and the options for lights and music. I'd be told I'd be showering before and after.
My thoughts on the float rooms is they could be more spa like and less industrial looking. The shower cable got in the way of the shower head, and stepping out to get into the tub had to be done cautiously because the mats weren't well positioned and the floor was slippery. The robes were comfy, but knowing I was going to a massage afterwards, it would have been nice to have a basket in the room to transfer the clothes. (The ones they have were given once you were back in the waiting room, and were small, and without handles. Might be ok for summer wear, but it was a wintery June day where lots of layers were required!) There also needs to be a hairdryer and mirror around. People are going back to activities afterwards. Most are not happy with wet hair.
The float itself was pleasant enough. Took a bit for the brain to settle. Although I wasn't claustrophobic and didn't feel the need to escape, I ended up ditching total darkness for the lighting. The brain finally shut up then. I did try the music, but with the earplugs they give you, it just sounds like an annoying buzz in the background. Not sure it's an experience I'd race back for, but it was cool to try.
If I could give 5* +++ to Jennifer, my massage therapist, I totally would. She was wonderful. Highly professional, a delight to talk to, and managed a relaxation massage that also worked out the usual tense suspects! I felt great after her work.
I will say, if you're having both done, drink 800 gallons of water before and after. I'm good about hydration, but this sucked way more energy out than my normal massage only.
I'd definitely recommend trying both.“
