The electrician was so thorough and and answered all my questions, even if they were stupid. Super nice person. I kept trying to find an electrician to come out to my house, either they were busy or wouldn't call me back. At least call me back and tell me you are busy. Some were very rude and acted like I was bothering them. Not Randolph HVAC Inc. I really appreciate them helping me.“

“Dennis was on time and very thorough. I was a little disappointed in my cooling unit but he explained he had checked all the points on the system and found no problem. It had been freezing up. He lingered around for a while going over all the sections of his diagnosis so he could make sure the unit was working properly. However, he did ask me to be patient and see if the issue recurs. It would narrow down the gremlin in our system. I value his judgment and experience and will do just that. Thank you.“
