Dennis was on time and very thorough. I was a little disappointed in my cooling unit but he explained he had checked all the points on the system and found no problem. It had been freezing up. He lingered around for a while going over all the sections of his diagnosis so he could make sure the unit was working properly. However, he did ask me to be patient and see if the issue recurs. It would narrow down the gremlin in our system. I value his judgment and experience and will do just that. Thank you.
