From the customer service representative on the phone to the electrician that came out to my home everyone was very polite and friendly. The electrician was so thorough and and answered all my questions, even if they were stupid. Super nice person. I kept trying to find an electrician to come out to my house, either they were busy or wouldn't call me back. At least call me back and tell me you are busy. Some were very rude and acted like I was bothering them. Not Randolph HVAC Inc. I really appreciate them helping me.
