As is always the case, there was an issue with my A/C at the hottest time of the year- I guess that is just Murphys Law! That is why BMS is such a great asset to have. They are always very responsive to the issue and get here as fast as they can. They are professional and do quality work. I have always been extremely satisfied with BMS and will continue to count on their professional rapid response to my heating and cooling needs. Brian did a excellent job! He was a pleasure to work with and accommodate the date and time I needed and was very reasonable. He even took the time to troubleshoot anything that could come up down the line! He text and communicated the entire time. He even went over and above and text a picture letting me know he was on his way. Which I thought was great, so we knew who was coming!
