He lingered around for a while going over all the sections of his diagnosis so he could make sure the unit was working properly. However, he did ask me to be patient and see if the issue recurs. There is no other company I think of when there is a home emergency. They do it the right way and don’t beat us over the head with prices. I never feel fleeced after a transaction.
